Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Blueprint Portfolio mobile application ("App") operated by Blueprint Portfolio ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use the App on a device you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence does not include the right to sublicense, sell, resell, or commercially exploit the App or its contents.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

The App includes community features — the Forum (Weekly Discussion, General Discussion, Official Updates), Direct Messages and group chats, polls, reactions, shared portfolios, profile names, photos and biographies, and the Suggestions Box. Anything you post, send, upload or display through those features is "User Content." You are solely responsible for your User Content, and you retain responsibility for it even after it is deleted.
There is zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behaviour in Blueprint Portfolio. By using the community features you agree that you will not post, send or share User Content that:
Blueprint Portfolio is an educational investing community. Nothing posted by another member is advice from us, and members must not present themselves as licensed financial professionals acting in that capacity.
How we enforce this. We provide, and you agree to use, the following:
We may remove any User Content and suspend or terminate any account, at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for a breach of this section. Repeat or severe breaches result in permanent removal from the community. We may retain records of removed content and terminated accounts as needed to enforce these Terms and to comply with law.
User Content is created by members, not by us. We do not endorse it and we do not pre-screen everything posted, but we reserve the right to review and remove anything at any time. If you encounter objectionable content or an abusive member, report it in the App or email BlueprintPort@protonmail.com.
The App provides stock quotes, portfolio analytics, and market data for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing in the App constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any market data. You should consult a qualified financial professional before making any investment decisions. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
All content, design, code, and trademarks in the App are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our prior written consent.
The App relies on third-party data providers (including Yahoo Finance and Finnhub) and payment processors (RevenueCat). We are not responsible for the accuracy of third-party data or for outages or errors in third-party services. Your use of any third-party service is subject to that provider's terms.
Any premium features or subscriptions are offered through the applicable platform's payment system (Apple App Store or Google Play). Purchases are subject to that platform's terms of sale. We do not process payment card information directly.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the service. Upon termination, your licence to use the App ends immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 6, 7, 10, 11, and 13) will survive.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version at this URL. Material changes will be notified through the App. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
